IntegriAI: IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES AT BELGRADE METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The main project aim is phased implementation of advanced techniques of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency, optimization and automation of business processes in higher education. This will improve the experience of students, faculty and administrative staff through better management of administrative tasks, course planning and resources. Specific objectives include:
– Literature and best practice review
– Review of AI applications across the world universities
– Development and evaluation of a survey on AI applications in higher education
– Surveying university employees and students on AI applications in higher education
– Analysis of survey results
– Peer reviewed publication of obtained results
– Pilot applications of AI at Belgrade Metropolitan University
– Training for faculty, staff and students
– Dissemination of experiences and wider outreach
